By using this website or engaging Esensee LLC for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.

About our services

Esensee LLC provides managed IT services to law firms in Puerto Rico, including private file server installation, 24/7 monitoring, remote and on-site technical support, and related add-on services. Specific service terms, pricing, and scope are defined in the individual service agreement signed with each client.

This website is provided for informational purposes. You may use it to learn about our services and submit an inquiry. You agree not to:

Service agreements and payment

Managed IT services are provided under a separate written service agreement. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and service-level commitments are set out in that agreement. These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your general relationship with Esensee LLC; they do not replace or modify any signed service agreement.

10-Day Guarantee

The 10-Day Guarantee referenced on this website applies to server installation projects as defined in the applicable service agreement. If your server is not fully operational within 10 business days of the scheduled installation date through no fault of the client, Esensee LLC will refund the setup fee paid. Specific conditions and exclusions are detailed in the service agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Esensee LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of this website or our services, beyond the amounts paid by the client for services in the preceding 30 days. This limitation does not apply to damages arising from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and guides — is the property of Esensee LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Puerto Rico, and both parties consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
